Damaged Goods Policy

We trust your package has arrived safely. Please check all items immediately for possible shipping damage. In the unlikely event that you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at 207-276-3300 or email ship@kimballshop.com  If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons.

Claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of package. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages after the 5-day period has lapsed. Shipping and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures.  If items are to be returned to us please re-pack merchandise exactly as received. Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the shipping agent, we are not responsible for replacing this item.
